Larger than life Yorkshire man, Ady Clegg restores carved wooden Art Work at Wrexham Offices.
For a few months we've been enjoying the services of husband and wife team, Cleggs Cleaning & Maintenance who have been looking after our properties in Wrexham. Adrian Clegg, a larger than life, Yorkshire man has been brushing, scraping, ripping and skipping for us. Whilst his wife has welded her mop and duster about. And what a wonderful impact they have made. The transformation has most recently been felt at The Regent, Offices & Business Centre on Regent Street where the wooden bench and external Wall Art originally carved by Simon O'Rourke, Tree Carving 5 years ago was looking very tired. The bench in particular was possibly beyond repair after 5 years of no maintenance and the battering of fierce winds and rain. You can see what state the bench was in; the wall sign wasn't any better.
Thankfully our handy restoration man, Adrian has brought both the sign and bench back from the brink by carefully sanding down, filling, painting and varnishing to bring out the best in pieces.
Now our clients can quite happily sit in the sun trap at the back of the offices enjoying their lunch and tea breaks without fear of getting splinters in their bottoms!
We're absolutely delighted with the results and heartily recommend Adrian for Gardening, Groundwork and maintenance on commercial and residential properties. Contact Adrian here for your cleaning, maintenance and
Until next time, take care!

Available now in central Plymouth, within the PL1 Postode Area.
During this Summer our Plymouth Contractors, undertook the muck and bullets side of the refurbishment of this three bedroom house; whilst I did the remote control from North Wales. The refurbishment was actually more like gutting it back to the shell. If you’re into property you’ll know that one little thing leads to another thing and sometimes leads to a big thing. One ready, the house was swiftly let to a young couple with children, but due to personal circumstances they needed to move closer to family on the outskirts of the city. It’s only had 6 months use since being renovated and is in mint condition with everything new. It’s painted in Dulux Porcelain Doll and accented with Dulux Engraved Locket and all white woodwork. We’re scheduled to have the outside painted during the Summer of 2019, I’m thinking a lovely shade of pink for this one! We have the one next door on the corner, and it’ll be nice to give the exterior a new dress ( as I like to call it)
This three bedroom house is very spacious and with new double radiators and latest spec. insulation in the loft space. In addition, the windows have been upgraded to reduce any noise and increase warmth. It’s situated on Frederick Street West, Plymouth with a little courtyard out the back and is a next to end terrace.
Downstairs there’s a handy cloakroom just off the entrance and the kitchen is bright and airy leading onto the lounge / diner with a small breakfast bar. This is a great open plan arrangement. We have laid top quality grey limed oak vinyl throughout downstairs for easy maintenance and coordinated look; I’ve been using vinyl for 15 years and it really is the way to go for easy maintenance and a great look. On the first and second floors we have a nice neutral mid grey carpet and again vinyl in the bathroom.
This area has undergone a great deal of improvement in previous years and as with most of Plymouth has improved from the Marine City status and increased tourism. For a growing family there is a good selection of schools within easy walking distance and Devonport High School for Boys isn’t too far away. Parking is on road via the Plymouth Resident Parking Permit system which costs approx. £30 per year to secure a slot.
Until next time!
