We are Ebenezer Properties, a family-run business based in Wrexham. Our portfolio consists of residential homes and modern office suites. The face of Ebenezer Properties is Joanna Kinch, who was born in Wrexham, studied at what is now Wrexham University, and then went on to study in Plymouth, Devon. Joanna is responsible for the daily management of the portfolio and is supported by her husband of 20 years, Ralph Kinch, a seasoned Project Manager in Engineering and Manufacturing.
In 2013, Joanna Kinch purchased a charming commercial property in Wrexham's Grosvenor Road conservation area and named it The Regent. Since then, The Regent has provided ample space for businesses to grow and has contributed to the regeneration of the city's gateway. In 2023, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of transforming 67 Regent Street into The Regent. Joanna looks forward to a bright future serving businesses and providing 'Space to thrive'.
